Industrial Asset Governance

ABCD Tiered Maintenance Framework.
Structured Care for 24/7 Operations.

A four-level operating framework for hygiene, replenishment, preventative modular service, and depot engineering support. Responsibilities, cadence, coverage, and uptime remain subject to regional service agreements.

Service Classification

Structured Maintenance Tiers. Clear Responsibilities.

Illustrative division of labour; final scopes and frequencies belong in the service agreement.

A
DAILY HYGIENE & SURFACE CARE

Level A: Routine Sanitation & Visual Check

Host custodial routine / operator surface care

External wiping of touchscreen, retrieval area, and surrounding floor.

B
REPLENISHMENT & AUDITING

Level B: Stocking & Cold-Chain Audit

Authorised regional logistics team

-18°C replenishment, FIFO rotation, internal cleaning, and sensor checks.

C
PREVENTATIVE MODULAR CARE

Level C: Wear Servicing & Module Exchange

Certified field service engineer

Inspection and replacement of belts, gaskets, scanners, and wear modules.

D
CORE POWERTRAIN OVERHAUL

Level D: Depot Overhaul & Calibration

Technical engineering centre / regional depot

Refrigeration, microwave, controller, and laboratory-level repair.

Operating Boundaries

Clear Division of Operational Scope.

Document host and service-partner responsibilities before launch.

Host Facility Responsibilities

  • Allocate approximately 1.7 m² indoor level space.
  • Provide dedicated 220V–240V / 30A grounded power.
  • Grant scheduled security access.
  • Support agreed Level A perimeter care.

SVM & Partner Responsibilities

  • Placement, levelling, commissioning, and handover.
  • Level B replenishment and cold-chain monitoring.
  • Level C preventative service and swaps.
  • Telemetry diagnostics and Level D repairs.
Issue Resolution

Four-Step Structured Incident Protocol.

Target workflow subject to telemetry capability, service geography, parts, and SLA.

Telemetry Detection

Sensors flag thermal or mechanical anomalies.

Diagnostic Dispatch

Regional technicians receive reviewed fault data.

Modular On-Site Swap

Certified engineers replace diagnosed modules.

Remote Verification

Approved parameters are checked before return to service.

Service Rhythm

Three Core Service Rhythms

Continuous visibility, scheduled preventive care, and tiered field response keep responsibilities clear from daily operation through technical recovery.
